Yes! Our accounting system is on Quickbooks Online which automatically sends out an official cleaning invoice after every cleaning. If you prefer monthly statements, that option is available as well.
We have an online booking platform that is available to use for free for all of our clients. You are able to create a personalized profile and book any and all of your needed cleanings.

We are an official partner of Evolve which allows us to pair up with your rental calendar, making scheduling a breeze.
With AirBnB, we are a member of TurnoverBnB which pairs our cleaning calendar with yours.
Quick turn-arounds, same-days, back-to-back reservations are no problem for us. We have a detailed and competent crew that is available at any time of the day. We prefer a minimum of four hours in between guests as to assure the highest quality of service.
Yes. Upon arrival to the property, we will do a thorough walk-thru, checking if there were any items or areas damaged. If we find anything, we will take photos and send them to you directly for immediate assessment.
We understand that a lot of our clients renting their homes on a short-term basis are not located full-time here in Lake Havasu City. Because of this, we are happy to do house calls, take the trash cans to the street, provide small handy-man repairs, etc. when needed for an extra service fee.
No...when we set you up with a cleaner at the start, that cleaner will be the person servicing your property going on into the future. If we have any last minute changes, we will ask in advance if you would permit a change. If not, my husband and I will personally clean your property.
Unfortunately no. At this time we don't have the proper professional equipment required for deep carpet cleaning.
Yes! Windows both inside and out can be serviced with an extra charge upon request.
