We prefer to do a tour of your property before we provide an official quote. We will do so happily and free of charge. 

If the property is not vacant at the time of the quote's request, we can provide an estimated price by square footage and some other additional details via electronic communication.

We accept many forms of payment including Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Cash, Check, and all major Credit Cards. 

We have a residential, short-term rental, and commercial New Client Packet in PDF form that we'd be happy to send to you upon request via email. In there you will have access to a step-by-step checklist of what we do along with some additional information.

Also, any questions, concerns or thoughts are most welcome via direct communication with us via text/call/email. 

Yes! Our accounting system is on Quickbooks Online which automatically sends out an official cleaning invoice after every cleaning. If you prefer monthly statements, that option is available as well. 

We have an online booking platform that is available to use for free for all of our clients. You are able to create a personalized profile and book any and all of your needed cleanings. 

Yes! Windows both inside and out can be serviced with an extra charge upon request.
