Five years ago, my husband Matthew and I started Ana Helen's Cleaning Services, LLC with the intention of providing detailed and reliable service to all of our customers.

What We do

Air B&B, VRBO, Short-Term Rentals

With over five years of experience with managing and cleaning vacation rental properties, we are the best in the business.

We provide vacation rental full scale cleaning services. We take care of everything from start to finish - making the homeowner's involvement as minimal as they'd like.

We provide:

Direct access to our online booking portal.
Full laundry services - stripping beds, laundering towels and sheets, and remaking beds, setting towels back in place.
Restocking of usable items such as toilet paper, hand soap, etc. also comes standard. Such items can be shipped to our headquarters, making their delivery secure.
Full Service Cleaning including periodic cleaning of Fans, Baseboards, Doors, etc.
Cleaning and tidying up backyard patio including BBQ and furniture.
Proper disinfection of all major touch points such as light switches, door handles, remote controls etc. in direct accordance with COVID-19 protocols.
24/7 direct communication with us in case of any cleaning needs.
Extra services such as house calls, handyman services, taking out trash bins to the street etc. are also readily available for an additional fee.

We are excellent communicators and will always be available for any questions or concerns as the rental process cycles through.

Our online booking interface makes scheduling rental cleanings simple and quick. And our invoicing system will send an invoice immediately after every cleaning allowing for ease of documenting transactions and manage payments.

Deep Clean Services for Residents & New Construction

If you have your day to day cleaning under control, let us take care of the dirty work. We provide deep clean services to reach the places you might have missed. From the cobwebs on the ceiling and pot shelves to the baseboards, we cover it all with our deep cleaning services.
